Common diagnoses in neurology, neurosurgery and orthopedics are absent. For instance no entry for sacroiliac or spondylolisthesis. I do not recommend this program for any physician who has more than cursory needs.

Please fix your search engine on your app.!!!!!!

This application needs to be fixed. I am using it for more than a year and it was working fine. Enter any valid DX INQUIRY and it will appear in a flash. Now it reads SORRY NO SUCH DX CODE IN DATABASE.

this was an awesome and recommended it to everyone! withthe latest update i can no longer search by entering the code number! please fix this asap!

App search engine thumbs down

Ive Loved having this at my fingertips & was Thrilled to have CPTs added; this isnt something Id want to pay for, but need codes from Both areas to authorize Anything for patients! And, in our small office, we nurses do those between patients, calls, triage, med refills... You understand ! Thank you!

Love this App! Can search codes using even the most ridiculous wording or by the codes.

Used app for several days. Most codes can find with search. But have used disease groups to find codes that search missed. Having both ways available makes it easy.

Terrible!!!!! Tried looming up a specific code using multiple names and combinations with "no results found"!!! Seriously immunnosuppression therapy comes up with NOTHING!!! Thought ok lets try something more common, typed in diab ,,,still NOTHING!!!! Would not waste my time or money on this app!!!!!
